For the 8th time, the Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw and the Friends of MSN Warsaw are hosting an exhibition and jointly organizing a charity auction by the artistic community to benefit migrants and refugees.
Proceeds from the sale of donated works will be earmarked for funding two programs of the Ocalenie Foundation: Refugees Welcome Poland and the Help Center for Foreigners, which help migrants integrate into Polish society and find homes, and also offer free psychological, legal and crisis assistance.
Many of the works shown in the pre-auction exhibition draw attention to the difficult and risky process of crossing borders, being uprooted, and forming new identities. It is our great hope that thanks to your support, this path will lead to a happy ending for more people.
