The works create confrontation with fragmented humanity. His practice explores material culture through the lens of marginalized aesthetics to highlight the political histories of capitalism, and the production of desire.
The erotically charged sculptures start from found objects that have a direct relation to the body in their human scale: wine bottles, shirts, vests, socks, tables, fans, shoes and jeans, which the artist wraps and stretches to the point of abstraction, surrounding them with the materiality of consumer society, shrink wrap, epoxy, fabric, and cable ties. The works are loaded with movement through connotations of labor.Exhibitions
